It all started when…

A global pandemic happened and education took a back seat while salons, stylists, and owners patiently waited to reopen their doors. The hope that business will resume like before, staff would stay safe, and loyal clients will return.

Now as we work within the new normal, we can dedicate time on the skills and technique to elevate our craft. A chance for education and inspiration to recharge stylists and teams that have worked through the worst of times. Education that is purposeful, affordable, and designed to help improve and gain sustainable skills behind the chair, without having to cross the country or an ocean.

Detailed and customized classes in a safe environment, æffect education can adapt to suit the attendees. Whether it be a digital format with each attendee working from home or together in their space, in person at a host salon, or hands on within our salon space at æffect hair..

Haircuts with distinctive techniques, color theory and efficacy in placement, wearable up-styling made simple, and unique marketing classes, all designed to encourage stylist to think outside the traditional routes when working, but resulting in looks that are usable every day behind the chair.

Review

“Celina is the best educator I have had the pleasure of working with. I had just started and even though the class wasn’t on braiding, Celina took out a lot of time to help me with something I was lacking on and it meant a lot to me. Her teaching styles and attention to detail is fantastic and I can’t wait until the nest time I get to work with her again.”
